Reporting illegal content
We do not check content that businesses store in VentionDesk on our own initiative. If you consider such content to be illegal, please report it to support@ventiondesk.com with the subject “Meldung rechtswidriger Inhalt” (Art. 16 of the Digital Services Act). The report should contain:
- an explanation of why the content is illegal;
- the exact location, such as the address (URL) or other information that allows the content to be identified unambiguously;
- your name and email address, except for reports concerning offences under Arts. 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU;
- a statement that you are convinced in good faith that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We confirm receipt, review the report diligently and objectively and inform you of our decision, together with the available remedies against it.
